RETURN POLICY

At SicChic® we want to give you a 100% happy shopping experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return on any product in resalable condition (with tags and free of odors, MUST BE UNWORN) for 2 weeks (14 days) from the day we ship your package. If you are using the product and find it to be defective after using it during the first 4 weeks of purchase, we will replace it free of charge for the exact same product.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Shopping for the Holidays? Don’t worry, if the item is not what you expected or the wrong size, we will accept a return on any product in resalable condition (with tags and free of odors, MUST BE UNWORN) for 2 weeks (14 days) from Dec 25th. Post marked by January 8th.

HOW TO RETURN

Please contact customer service through e-mail at info@sicchic.com and please explain which item you wish to return and why.

If there is a defect in a product, or a mistake due to an error on our part we will gladly refund you the shipping charges.
If the item does not fit or you decided that you do not want the item, you must ship the item back – at your expense – within 14 days.
When you ship the item back, please send along a copy of your invoice.
