Goals- Become a better youth instructor and role model for the kids I coach. Win major tournaments as a juvenile. Compete in pro fights. Long term I would eventually like to open my own academy and run a successful youth program to help the next generation of athletes.

“Hello, I am Bella Ziesler and I am 16 years old and a blue belt out of Catalyst BJJ. Jiu Jitsu has been a pillar in my life for the last 5 years and has remained one of the most important and consistent things I do. I started assisting teaching kids classes at my gym 3 years ago and fell in love with the sport all over again. Jiu jitsu has taught me how to think, act, learn, listen, and teach. I have learned more about myself and life on the mats than in any school classroom.
