Return & Refund Policy

At SICCHIC® we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund /exchange to process after your items have been received.

Refunds to original payment methods may take an additional 3-5 business days to post.

All SICCHIC® items come with a 60 day quality guarantee. If one of our items fails due to manufacturing defect, it will be replaced at no cost.

Photographs will be required to receive a replacement. Please email us with any questions or concerns at [email protected]

Clearance items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Custom items are final and cannot be returned.

Gift certificates are non-refundable once issued.

Gift items can be exchanged under our exchange policy.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
